I am Sabeera Beebi, and I had the privilege of working at Carewell Matriculation School for nearly 10 years. My time there never felt like a job—it always felt like home, like my own mother’s house.
The school was more than just an institution that taught academic subjects; it provided valuable life experiences and survival skills to the students. My journey there has been one of the most wonderful and unforgettable experiences of my life.
I even chose to enroll my own children in Carewell because I trusted the school’s values and knew their potential would be nurtured better than anywhere else.
As a staff, we worked in unity and shared deep care and kindness toward one another. Most of the students came from underprivileged backgrounds, but the management never made fees a barrier—their focus was always on ensuring every child received a quality education.
If I am in my current position today as a government teacher, I wholeheartedly credit Carewell Matric School. It was there that I honed my teaching skills and grew both professionally and personally. While working, I was able to complete my higher education, and the school consistently supported and encouraged teachers to pursue their academic goals.
Our principal always reminded us: “If you work with a service mindset, God will surely open the right path for you.” I believe it was that very mindset that led me to my government job.
I extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire management of Carewell Matriculation School. I will always cherish my time there, and I wish the school continued success in all its future endeavors.
I Mrs. T.Rajeswari worked as a teacher at Carewell Matriculation Higher Secondary School for 20 years, and the experience has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life. The school was not just a workplace—it felt like a family to me. There was a strong sense of unity and care among the staff, and we all worked together with a shared purpose: to support and uplift students, many of whom came from underprivileged backgrounds and depended entirely
on the school for their education and growth.Carewell is more than just a school _ it is a nurturing environment where students are encouraged to think independly and become responsible citizens. The mission of Carewell is to offer quality education to economically disadvantage communities.
During my time there, I learned the true value of punctuality, hard work, and dedication. The school environment helped shape me professionally and personally. Being part of a place where every effort made a direct impact on students’ futures was deeply fulfilling. Watching those children grow, succeed, and find hope through education was the most rewarding part of my role. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to personal family issues. However, the lessons, relationships, and memories I gained during my 20 years at Carewell Matriculation Hr. Sec. School will always remain close to my heart.
I am Prema, now serving as the Principal of Springdale Public School and partner of White Eagle Public School.
But before stepping into leadership roles, my true growth began at Carewell Matriculation School,a place that was not just a school but a turning point in my career and life.
I joined Carewell with a desire to serve as a teacher, but what I received was far beyond teaching.
I learned how to manage time effectively, how to lead a team with empathy, how to handle students with care and discipline, and how to stay calm during pressure. I also learned the importance of communication, coordination, and the real meaning of teamwork. These life skills still guide me in every step I take.
I left Carewell around 1998, but the students I taught during those years are still in touch with me today. That bond is a treasure. Not just students even the teachers and the school management remain connected like one extended family. Our unity, trust, and mutual respect continue to live on.
Carewell gave me the strength, confidence, and wisdom to take on bigger responsibilities. Whatever I am doing today ,as a leader, administrator, and educator is built upon the solid foundation I received from Carewell.
To the entire Carewell family, I say thank you from the
bottom of my heart.
You are not just part of my past ,you are a living part
of my present journey too.
Thank you 🙏
With deep gratitude,
Prema.R.
My Dear Students..
I am Saleela, a teacher at Carewell Matriculation School. My school is filled with such sweet melodies, a symbol of success and many creations.
It is the place where we are taught to study,
to move forward and progress in life.
We are taught to respect the knowledge and our teachers.
Along with sports and games,
studies and learning are also signs of success.
Our school is blessed with the presence and love of dear
Bapuji,
and we also receive a lot of blessings from God.
Even if we close our eyes,
we know that though we are born at home,
the real identity of our life
comes from our school.
Thank you – Upasna Yadav
