At Carewell Matriculation School, we believe that education is a shared responsibility between the school and the home. Parental cooperation plays a crucial role in shaping a child’s academic success and character development. In order to maintain a productive and respectful partnership, we request parents and guardians to kindly take note of the following guidelines:

  1. Encouraging Generosity with Discretion Students are encouraged to cultivate values such as kindness and generosity as part of their moral and social development. However, gifts, donations, or any form of demonstration—individual or collective—towards teachers or staff are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Principal. This policy helps maintain professionalism and equity within the school environment.
  2. Implied Agreement with School Policies Admission of a child to the school implies that parents or guardians fully accept and agree to abide by all the rules, regulations, and decisions made by the school management. These include academic, disciplinary, administrative, and operational policies as outlined in the school handbook and any official communications issued from time to time.
  3. Parental Responsibility in Observing Rules Parents are earnestly requested to read the rules and regulations carefully and ensure that their children adhere to them. Your cooperation in enforcing school discipline and punctuality at home reinforces the values imparted at school.
  4. Communication Protocol with Teachers To maintain the sanctity of teaching hours and to avoid disruptions to classroom instruction, parents are not permitted to enter classrooms or speak with teachers during class hours.
    • If you require information about your child’s progress or wish to raise any concerns, we request that you approach the Principal directly, either in person or through a prior appointment.
    • This protocol ensures that concerns are addressed efficiently and respectfully, while allowing teachers to focus on their primary responsibility—teaching.
  5. School Holidays and Office Hours Please note that no school-related business, including administrative or academic queries, will be transacted on school holidays. Parents are advised to contact the school office during official working hours on regular working days for all matters related to admissions, fee payments, documentation, or appointments.
